Sue Lintz, is the Vice President of Client Services at Kramer Healthcare Technologies.  She is responsible for all Client Services, Client Management, and Support.  Her role in support includes monitoring clients during and after hours.  Her management of accounts includes metrics monitoring and reaching out to clients on a continual basis to ensure that they are using RQi to the fullest/realizing the most value.

Sue has extensive years of healthcare experience from vendor and provider organizations where she held several successful positions within customer service, including implementation, support, project management and account management. 

By conducting in-depth interviews with many of our clients, Kramer Healthcare Technologies can ensure that our level of customer support is tailored to the individual client.

At Kramer, any support calls to the help desk are logged in and prioritized by the client’s Support Manager for the quickest resolution.  We will work diligently to have a response and/or resolution to your issue within 48 hours. If, for any reason, an immediate solution isn’t possible, Kramer will provide an accurate estimate of when a solution will be delivered.  Client support requests can be made by telephone or by email. 

For out-of-hours support, Kramer’s On-Call Support Manager will respond to critical requests within two hours, providing a status or resolution to the initial request. Non-critical support questions will be answered the following business day.
