Chuck Kramer, President and Chief Executive Officer

Charles “Chuck” Kramer has been a successful entrepreneur and healthcare executive and consultant for more than 15 years and has founded several successful healthcare consulting and claims management companies over the last 13 years. Chuck has provided Medicare and Medicaid consulting services for more than 200 healthcare providers throughout the country covering Medicare Area Wage Index, Disproportionate Share Reimbursement, Managed Care Contract Compliance and General Cost report consulting. He holds a BA degree from the University of Central Florida and serves on the board of the Florida Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association


Phyllis Frausel, Chief Financial Officer

Phyllis Frausel has nearly 30 years experience in the finance and banking industries. She was responsible for financial software development and product management at Fidelity Information Services and was Vice President of Finance at First Trade Union Bank in Boston. She holds a BS in accounting from Boston University and an MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.


Wayne Carney, Senior Vice President

Mr. Carney is a senior Executive with strong operational and management skills, and a proven record of deploying revenue cycle management systems with a focus on customer service and bottom line results.  Mr. Carney brings more than 30 years of project management, software installation and customer service in healthcare information systems.  He has been responsible for the implementation of enterprise-wide systems for patient accounting in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.  He spent over 25 years directing the rollout and installation of complex healthcare systems for leading providers across the U.S. with companies who ultimately became part of today's McKesson.  Wayne is an Alumnus of Northeastern University Boston and served in the U.S. Marine Corp.


Christopher Rohe, Executive Vice President

Christopher Rohe has more than 16 years of experience in healthcare financial management, contract management and information technology. During his time with one of Florida’s largest nonprofit hospital systems, he was responsible for more than $500 million in managed care revenue, has worked as a consultant to one of the largest healthcare software companies in the world and has been instrumental in building the Kramer Healthcare Technologies software product line over the last six years. Christopher holds a masters degree in Healthcare Administration.

 


Paul Hoyt, Vice President of Business Development

Paul Hoyt has over 20 years of leadership with both emerging and established health care companies. He spent 11 years with NDCHealth, holding a variety of roles, culminating with his position as Division President/General Manager of the Hospital and Patient Statement Division. He is a graduate of the Executive Finance Program at Emory University; a graduate of the Executive Masters Graduate Program at the University of North Carolina Business School, Chapel Hill, NC; and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Management from Missouri State University, Springfield, MO
