Chuck Kramer, President & CEO
Charles E. “Chuck” Kramer is a successful entrepreneur and Healthcare Executive as well as a Consultant in revenue cycle management. He is the founder and CEO of Kramer Healthcare Technologies. Chuck has owned and operated several successful Healthcare Consulting, Claims Management, and “software as service" companies during the past 15 years. Chuck graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BA. He has served on the board of the Florida Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and is a member of NAHAM, and HIMSS.
Christopher Rohe, Executive Vice President, CPO
Christopher Rohe has been with Kramer Healthcare Technologies for ten years helping to build company services and product lines. He has over nineteen years of experience in Healthcare Financial Management and Information Technology. He currently is managing the firm's Product Line, Product Strategy and Security. He was formerly with McKesson HBOC in Atlanta Georgia as a senior consultant for provider projects working with HBOC's contract compliance system and Star Patient Accounting System. Prior to McKesson, Christopher held roles as a managed care liaison and operations manager for Orlando Health. He has an MHA from the University of St. Francis, Joliet, Il.
Bert Young, Executive VP, Chief Financial Office
Bert joined the Kramer Healthcare Technologies team in 2011 with a wealth of experience as having been Chief Financial Officer for LandDesk Software. LANDesk is the leading worldwide provider of desktop and server management software. Bert joined the company after spin-out from Intel. LANDesk has operations throughout USA, Europe, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, and China. Additionally, Bert worked with The SCO Group out of Salt Lake City Utah. SCO (Nasdaq SCOX) is the owner of the UNIX operating system and helps millions of customers in over 82 countries to grow their businesses The SCO group has company operations in USA, Europe, India, Japan and China. Most recently Bert was CFO for Benefitfocus, Inc. Benefitfocus provides healthcare benefits software through the Software as a Service (SaaS) model that reduces costs, expands market share, and improves consumer satisfaction for healthcare insurance carriers, employers, brokers and their customers. Bert's wealth of knowledge and experience with international and publicly traded companies is integral to the growth and expansion of Kramer Healthcare Technologies.
Brian Cole, Chief Technology Officer
Brian Cole, a creative, quality-minded hands on Lead Enterprise Architect with over 22 years experience in full project life cycle development of Internet/Intranet web based applications. This experience covers a broad range of functional areas managing complex development initiatives. In-depth knowledge and experience in information systems architecture, software design methodologies, design patterns and object oriented design. Development experience range from hands on cross-functional project management aimed at delivery of commercial software products through full product lifecycle management including product definition, development, testing, and roll-out, followed by regular maintenance releases. Possess a complete and thorough understanding of developing web applications using C#, ASP.NET, IIS, ASP, VB, XML/XSLT, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Have a proven ability to blend technology and business understanding to deliver effective solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks; efficient in organizing and prioritizing assigned duties; experienced managing personnel and leading large group projects. Over the years has consistently shown to be a proactive and result-oriented leader adept in mentoring and motivating the dynamic team to exemplary performance. Demonstrated and proven to be an effective communicator able to deliver superior customer service and bridging the business and technical communities. Paul H. Hoyt, Senior Vice President of Business Development
Paul Hoyt brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, with both emerging and established companies in healthcare. Most notably, Mr. Hoyt spent 11 years with NDCHealth where he held a variety of roles, culminating with his position as President/General Manager of the Hospital and Patient Statement Division. Leading this $70M division, Paul's efforts were a major contributing factor in enabling NDCHealth's sale to Per-se Technologies. In 2006, Per-Se was acquired by the McKesson Corporation. Paul is an Alumnus of Missouri State University, with postgraduate studies at UNC Keanan Flagler Business School and Emory University.
