Michael W. Rhoads MBA, CHFP – Vice President of Business Development
Michael “Mike” Rhoads has worked in the Healthcare Financial Management / Revenue Cycle improvement
profession for more than 25 years. His experience includes directing departments in large academic
medical centers, multi-hospital systems, community hospitals and county
government facilities.
Phyllis Frausel – Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Financial Officer
Phyllis Frausel has over 26 years experience in the finance and banking industries. She was responsible for
financial software development and product management at Fidelity Information Services, and was Vice
President of Finance at First Trade Union Bank in Boston, MA. She holds a BS in Accounting from Boston
University, and an MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
Susan Werthem, RN – Vice President of Professional Services
Susan Werthem is an experienced healthcare management professional with over 29 years of service in various
clinical and medical administrative environments. She is a knowledgeable project manager with a strong
background in compliance and eligibility solutions and Revenue Management, with a special emphasis on
Patient Access. Susan has been published and spoken nationally regarding the Revenue Cycle.

Orlo L. “Spike” Dietrich - Managing Director
Following five years as a pilot in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Dietrich joined Baxter Healthcare Corporation in 1974. During his eleven years with Baxter, Mr. Dietrich developed and implemented a workers’ compensation management program, developed and taught labor relations training programs to all domestic manufacturing facilities, and developed and implemented a community-based managed care program for Baxter’s domestic manufacturing facilities which replaced the existing employee benefits program.
Mr. Dietrich left Baxter in 1985 to start his own company, Burgett & Dietrich. From 1985 until 1992, the Company developed and managed 140 managed care networks in 33 states for over 100 clients including 45 Fortune 500 companies, developed a third party administration (TPA) designed to function in a managed care environment, a medical management function, a workers’ compensation subsidiary, and a data integration/data warehouse function designed to support the managed care initiatives.
In 1992, he merged his Company with CoreSource, a national TPA and workers’ compensation Company with 24 offices and 1,500 employees and served as the Chief Operating Officer. In 1995, he was instrumental in retracting his original company from CoreSource and selling it to CNA Insurance Company. He served as the President and CEO until 1998. Since 1998, Mr. Dietrich has been involved in numerous small companies in a variety of roles including investor, board member, or advisor. Mr. Dietrich holds a BA degree from the University of Arkansas and a Commercial Pilot’s License.

Scott Faris is the founder and President of Astralis Group, LLC. Mr. Faris is also the CEO of Planar Energy Devices, Inc., an early stage semiconductor company focused on the energy industry. Mr. Faris was previously Managing Director of Corporate IP Ventures, a specialized investment company that starts and invests in companies created from corporate research activities. He also served as the Chairman and CEO of Waveguide Solutions, Inc., a leading developer of planar lightwave circuit and microsystem products based upon sol-gel material matrices.

Jeffrey Stalnker, M.D.
Jeff Stalnaker is the managing director of Physician’s Medical Reviewers, PMR, and a licensed Medical physician specializing in internal medicine. Dr. Stalnaker is also board certified in Utilization Review and served with the Florida Peer Review Organization, PRO. In addition, Dr. Stalnaker is on the Board of Health First Healthcare System in Melbourne Florida as well as serving on other financial institution and banking boards in central Florida.
