PAQi provides senior management with the business intelligence tools required to manage and

cycle by TKG’s RQi product and continues that performance monitoring process throughout the
financial counseling, billing, collection and cash posting processes as they occur in patient

and “Patent Pending” rules based engine to create “Key Performance Indicator” rules and billing edit
rules to identify errors associated financial counseling, billing, collection and cash posting
performance and accuracy. PAQi is designed to report on performance ranges that exceed parameters
set by up by a provider client’s management team and provide personalized workflow, training and
personalized report cards for each employee. Six Sigma and “Lean” techniques are utilized throughout
the design and functionality of this Web based performance reporting system.
